Our 2019 ocean pool art award open to all and free of entry fees:

certificates will be awarded to all shortlisted entrants,
only shortlisted entrants who are financial members of All into Ocean Pools inc (to join online go to https://www.registernow.com.au/secure/Register.aspx?E=32111) will be eligible to receive any prizemoney from the All into Ocean Pools inc fund established in memory of one of our founder members, the late Shirley Ellis,
the total prizemoney pool for the 2019 art award is AU$400,
entries opened on 1 July 2019,
entries close on 7 December 2019 and each entrant's membership status will be assessed as at that date,
judging will take place in December 2019,
judges will shortlist the entries without reference to the entrants' membership status,
on being advised of the membership status of shortlisted entrants, judges will decide on the certificates to be awarded to shortlisted entrants and whether to allocate prizemoney to any entrants recorded as financial members of All into Ocean Pools Inc at 7 December 2019, and
judges' decisions regarding the award of certificates and allocation of prizemoney will be announced by the end of December 2019.
