NEFFIES Judge Instructions
Thank you for serving as a judge for the NEFMA NEFFIE Awards! Your expertise and insights are invaluable in recognizing excellence in our industry.

Each judge has been assigned only a limited number of categories and entires. Please refer to the intructions sent by office@nefma.org for your specific assignments. If you are unsure which categories or entries to review, please contact us.

Each entry should be evaluated based on the following criteria, with a score of 1 to 10 for each:

Objective – Objective is clearly defined, including metrics of success.
Concept – Information is relevant, valuable, unique, and/or entertaining.
Audience – Target audience is appropriate and well-defined.
Messaging – Messaging reinforces purpose, maintains consistency, and is effective.
Creative – Visuals are appealing, effective, and well-balanced.
Brand Integrity – Messaging and creative support the brand’s identity.
Measurable Impact – Statistics are provided to measure the goal and impact.
Effectiveness – Defined objective was achieved.

Scoring

Enter your scores directly into the Judgify platform.
Provide any additional comments or feedback as necessary.
Ensure all assigned entries are reviewed by April 4th.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR CREATIVE WORK, YOU ARE LIMITED TO CHOOSING A SINGLE CATEGORY; DUPLICATE ENTRIES ACROSS MULTIPLE CATEGORIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All submissions/creative must have been created during the 2024 calendar year (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31) to qualify.
