ALL NOMINATIONS must be submitted by FRIDAY, AUGUST 22, 2025 AT 5PM to qualify! This includes nomination forms, supporting documents, letters, photos, etc. Any late Submissions will not be accepted.

- A photo of the person, team, or company you’re nominating
- A signed letter from your boss or company
- Optional: Up to 5 recommendation letters and any other helpful supporting documents.

- Usually just one winner per award. Some categories have more than one winner based on things like company size (ex: small, medium, large communities).

- Each nomination form has a short description at the top explaining who can be nominated for that category.

- Log into the nomination platform and click “View Entries.”
- You can edit, delete, or add new ones.

- How are the award nominations judged?
- Judges from outside our area (and even out of state!) review nominations using a scoring guide.
- They don’t know the nominees, so make sure your nomination tells the full story and includes helpful details.
