The 2021 IAHSP Staging Industry Awards recognize the TOP Home Staging and Real Estate Professionals in the Industry in various categories. Entrants must complete the online submission form and upload all required information by the deadline to be included in the awards process. Failure to upload all the required criteria and information will result in your submission being excluded. The deadline for submissions will not be extended under any circumstances so we are able to complete our voting process and order awards to arrive on time for our conference. You can enter up to 2 submissions for the property categories. If you enter more than 2, the others will be deleted.

We encourage you to submit colleagues for individual awards and yourself for awards recognizing your company staging work, and any teams.

Please note: The purpose of the IAHSP Staging Industry Awards is to provide a way for industry members to demonstrate their qualifications and expertise to the public and clients they serve. It is also a way to provide recognition for industry members who are outstanding in an individual area or who deserve to receive special acknowledgement based on their contribution to the industry. Awards are not designed to glad-hand each other, and in an industry with thousands of members, IAHSP does not believe in limiting the number of winners to a handful when there are so many talented pros who submit their work for consideration. This also allows anyone to submit with an oppotunity to win - and not just the seasoned pros or those who have hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in staging items. The top level of winners in each category will receive awards. Individual awards are won by an individual.

Staging is subjective - there are factors we are asking judges to consider including budget, location of the property, and end results (success story). No submissions should identify who the company is or stager is that has submitted for consideration. Those who do not comply with this will be excluded from consideration. We want to be as objective as possible with evaluation of the photos/videos submitted versus basing votes on who the stager or staging company is.

Anyone who is actively working in the industry is eligible to win, and this includes those serving in other roles such as leadership, ownership, and/or mentorship in the staging industry. We do not lijmit who can win for the staging work awards or the Staging Team awards. Past recipients of the individual awards (Rising Star, IAHSP Spirit and/or Staging Excellence awards) are not eligible to win again.
