Physician leadership is key to to health care transformation. PGME is thrilled to accounce the fifth annual Leadership Certificate Program. This longitudinal program is based on the LEADS in a Caring Environment Leadership Capabilities Framework and will take place between September 2023 and April 2024. Through a competitive enrolment process, selected learners will be able to advance their leadership knowledge and skills. The application process will be open from May 10 to June 12, 2023.

As noted on the Leadership Program page on our website, your application submission consists of:
1. Your completed Application Questions Form, signed and dated. The form can be found here. - uploaded in Judgify
2. Your Curriculum Vitae/Resume - uploaded in Judgify
3. Letter of Support from your Program Director
(Requirements for this letter are slightly different for UG and PG leaders. Please see the website for details.)
The letter should be submitted by the Program Director directly to Dr. Anne Matlow at anne.matlow@utoronto.ca.
