As private wealth management institutions actively seek to introduce technology-based enhancements across all verticals and product/service lines, there is distinct recognition on the importance of leveraging innovation in optimising client engagement models.

Now, more than ever, it is imperative that private wealth institutions powered by solution providers ensure that their unique capabilities can deliver the best-in-class services to clients and realise desired productivity gains needed to maintain sustainable competitive advantage.

JUDGING METHODOLOGY

We believe that vendors and technology service providers are instrumental in helping private wealth institutions drive digital transformation, mitigate risk and enhance operational processes. Effective vendors can help private wealth institutions enhance their existing technology stacks through solution delivery and execution, platform and infrastructure development as well as expert advice on the application of emerging technologies. For this stream, we look at the ability of vendors to correctly assess the technical challenges faced by the bank, the execution of a particular technology solution to improve operations and workflows while helping the financial institution materially scale.

SUBMISSIONS GUIDELINES

Only solutions that have been introduced in 2025 will be accepted. Initiation of the solution can be earlier – Global Private Banker does not require a specific commencement date. If a solution was introduced prior to 2025, the entry will be accepted only if any updates have been made to it.

We do not place a limit on the number of submissions per institution. Please note that a separate submission is required for each award that the institution is nominating itself for. Multiple submissions by a single organisation for a single category will compete. Please ensure to select the corresponding category and award title in the submission form to view the respective questionnaire.

We may request a further interview with the executive managing the program or initiative that is being nominated. The objective of the interview is merely to gain deeper insights, (if needed) for the purposes of judging.
