The LIFT Beauty Accelerator, Rare Beauty Brands’ visionary brand incubation initiative dedicated to fostering a vibrant community of pioneering beauty brand founders. Aligning with our commitment to diversity and inclusion, our program is committed to empowering founders–with a focus on female-identifying founders from underrepresented backgrounds–with the resources needed to thrive in the beauty industry.

Three brands will receive a minimum of $10,000 non-diluted funding. Participants will have the unique opportunity to forge a deep connection with our vibrant community, fostering a genuine bond that extends beyond business. Moreover, winners will gain the invaluable opportunity to present their brands directly to leading national retailer JCPenney for potential distribution.
