Welcome to the 2026 SAPinsider Awards!
SAPinsider has been the independent leader in informing, educating, and connecting the SAP user community for more than 20 years. Now we’re elevating the stories of our members and partners to recognize excellence for the work they’ve done and the results they’ve achieved over the past year.
The 2026 SAPinsider Awards will be presented during an awards celebration on the evening of March 16, 2026 at the SAPinsider Las Vegas Conference. We will honor our finalists and winners in each category while enjoying a reception, dinner, music, and more.
We encourage customers and partner organizations to submit your stories of customer success and look forward to celebrating you (and with you) in March!

Award Categories:
ERP Transformation Project of the Year
Highlighting the most successful SAP migration projects that drove measurable operational excellence and demonstrated exceptional execution, stakeholder engagement, and business outcomes.
Digital/Cloud Transformation Project of the Year
Awarding the SAP customer organizations that best leveraged cloud technologies and/or delivered data-modernization projects to improve operations, drive agility, deliver seamless access to mission-critical business data, and unlock new business potential.
AI-Powered Innovation Project of the Year
Recognizing SAP customers that accelerated transformation by boldly adopting artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automation technologies to innovate business models, processes, or customer experiences.
Cybersecurity Project of the Year
Honoring the SAP customers that leveraged technologies and processes to significantly improve security in the enterprise and transform the security landscape in their enterprises.
Innovation Vanguard - Customer of the Year
Celebrating organizations that successfully completed an innovative enterprise tech initiative that modernized the business and directly delivered outstanding business value, growth, or operational improvements.
SAP Woman of Impact
Honoring the most impactful women in the SAP ecosystem whose achievements, leadership, and commitment to both the SAP community and to empowering women in tech, inspires and motivates her colleagues both inside and outside her organization.
Next-Generation Leader of Impact
Recognizing the emerging leaders who demonstrate impactful contributions to the SAP community through innovative solutions, inspiring others, impacting their organizations or communities, and promoting a culture of excellence.
Basic Criteria:
- For the Project of the Year awards, please note that the focus is on the customer story.
- Please describe the project in detail, tell us about the before and after, share results and business impact and the various solutions and applications involved.
- If you’re a partner, be sure to highlight that customer in your submission.
- We will recognize you as the partner that helped deliver the project.
- For the Individual Impact awards, please tell us what makes them a person of impact, share their achievements and contributions to the SAP community, and how they support others and promote excellence.
- SAPinsider will recognize the finalists and winners
- Finalists will be announced in December
