Customer Experience Solution of the Year Award

⇨ The 'Customer Experience Solution of the Year Award' recognizes technology vendors who excel in customer experience across various business channels, including customer analytics and service.

The award will be presented to the technology vendor that has demonstrated an exceptional level of customer experience throughout all business channels. Our judges will be looking for examples of initiatives that clearly demonstrate your commitment to elevating the customer experience (CX), including but not limited to customer analytics, customer service, field service, marketing automation, partner management, POS systems, retail systems and sales & CRM systems.

Overall, how the solution enhances customer interactions, satisfaction, and loyalty through streamlined processes and improved engagement.
 

ERP AI and Innovation of the Year Award

⇨ The 'ERP AI and Innovation of the Year Award' recognizes innovative product development in core ERP solutions, with a focus on measurable benefits.

⇨ Entries must be based on proprietary ERP solutions and include a real-life case study demonstrating value, though AI use is not a requirement for nominations.

The award will be presented to the technology vendor or ISV that can demonstrate the most innovative product development within core ERP solutions in the current tech climate. Use of AI may be part and parcel of this, but we are particularly interested in the experiential opportunity that your product or service delivers with a sharp focus on how the new innovation benefits customers. This could be a broad offering, a new feature or function, or a bespoke application developed for a specific customer.

This is for the enterprise tech vendor or ISV whose innovations didn't just push code—they pushed business boundaries and enabled enterprise transformation.
 

Operational Innovation of the Year Award

⇨ The 'Operational Innovation of the Year Award' recognizes organizations that demonstrate significant operational innovation and improvement in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Business Process Management, and Governance.

⇨ Businesses can self-nominate for the award, but must meet specific criteria including having a substantive project between 2025 and the present, and providing a real-life case study with measurable outcomes.

The award will be presented to the organization that has shown an outstanding level of operational innovation transformation. Our judges will be looking for case studies that clearly demonstrate your company's commitment to improvement in operational management, including but not limited to solutions/projects in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Asset/Content Management, Business Process Management (BPM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). Close attention will be paid to the nominees' ability to demonstrate originality and agility in challenging the status quo.

Overall, how effectively the innovation has enhanced operational efficiency, agility, and overall business performance.
 

Transformation Project of the Year Award – SMB (customers under $1B in revenue)

⇨ The 'Transformation Project of the Year' award recognizes technology vendors that have significantly transformed client operations in areas such as Data, Analytics, Finance, CRM, and Cybersecurity, and more, showcasing measurable outcomes and process optimizations.

⇨ Eligibility requires businesses to sell or consult on ERP software, have substantial project involvement since 2025, and provide a real-life case study (customer under $1B in revenue) demonstrating the value and measurable outputs of their solutions.

Celebrating the enterprise tech vendor behind the most successful enterprise technology implementation, migration or other major transformation project. From aligning stakeholders to navigating go-lives, this vendor showed collaboration, empathy, resilience, leadership, and the technical acumen to deliver on one of the most complex projects in enterprise tech.

The award will be presented to the project from a technology vendor which has delivered the most inspiring example of transformation for a client in key areas such Finance, HCM, CRM, Quality & Testing, Data Management, Service Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Asset/Content Management, Business Process Management (BPM) and Governance, and Risk & Compliance (GRC). The judges will be looking for clear evidence of how your solution helped a client transform their operations on a large scale, providing measurable outcomes and real examples of processes changed for maximum optimization with satisfaction and efficiency lasting beyond the go-live date.

⇨ Eligibility requires nominees to be a consulting, systems integration, or software partner with a substantive industry-specific engagement delivered between 2025 and the present, supported by a real-life customer case study with measurable business and operational outcomes.

The award will be presented to the partner organization that bridged technology with deep industry domain insight to create measurable impact for an end-user company. Our judges will pay close attention to the partner's ability to translate domain expertise into innovative use of AI, machine learning, automation, or other emerging technologies that solved a problem unique to the client's industry. The judges want to see how the engagement moved beyond generic best practices to deliver an outcome that competitors in the sector could not have replicated with an off-the-shelf approach.

Overall, how the partner combined technical excellence with industry depth to deliver a deployment that redefined what good looks like for that sector, and how that success translated into quantifiable customer value.
 

Enterprise Technology Woman of the Year Award

⇨ The 'Enterprise Technology Woman of the Year Award' celebrates extraordinary leadership and innovation, spotlighting a trailblazing female leader driving transformation in enterprise software or services.

⇨ Nominations are open to women in leadership or senior individual-contributor roles across enterprise technology vendors, ISVs, consultancies, integrators, and end-user organizations. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both welcome, and submissions should reference achievements and impact delivered between 2025 and the present.

The award will be presented to the most impactful woman in the ERP technology ecosystem whose achievements, leadership, and commitment to the community and to empowering other women in tech inspires and motivates her team and empowers others. Our judges will be looking for a clear narrative of industry-defining vision, the business or technology outcomes she has delivered, and the ways she has used her platform to champion diversity, excellence, and the next generation of female leaders.

This is for the executive, founder, practice leader, or technologist whose work has visibly shifted how her organization, her customers, or the wider enterprise technology community operate. The judges will look for measurable business impact alongside cultural impact: mentorship programs, community building, public advocacy, and concrete steps taken to widen the path for women entering and advancing in enterprise tech.

Overall, how the nominee combines industry-defining leadership in enterprise software or services with a demonstrable commitment to championing diversity, excellence, and the empowerment of women across the ecosystem.
 

Next-Generation Leader of the Year Award

⇨ The 'Next-Generation Leader of the Year Award' recognizes the emerging leaders under 40 who demonstrate impactful contributions to the community through innovative solutions, inspiring others, impacting their organizations or communities, and promoting a culture of excellence.

⇨ Nominees must be under 40 as of the awards ceremony date and have led or played a defining role on an industry-specific enterprise solution deployed between 2025 and the present. Nominations should be supported by a real-life examples with measurable impact.

The award will be presented to the individual under 40 who led the charge in deploying an industry-specific enterprise solution that redefined how their sector operates. Whether in aerospace, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, public sector, or any other industry segment, this award celebrates the emerging leader who bridged enterprise technology with deep domain insight to create measurable impact.

Our judges will be looking for evidence that the nominee did more than execute well: that they shaped strategy, navigated complex stakeholder environments, and elevated the people around them. Strong submissions will show originality, resilience under pressure, a clear point of view on where enterprise technology is heading, and a track record of mentoring peers, building community, or otherwise multiplying their impact beyond their own role.

ERP Today CIO of the Year Award

⇨ The 'ERP Today CIO of the Year Award' honors innovative leaders in ERP technology end-user customer organizations who have led meaningful change, delivered measurable business impact, and built high-performing teams.

⇨ Nominations for this award are submitted by ERP vendors and partners on behalf of an end-user CIO, CTO, or equivalent senior technology leader. Submissions should reference a substantive program of work delivered between 2025 and the present, with real-life evidencing business and people outcomes.

The award will be presented to the technology leader inside an end-user organization who has most clearly used ERP and the wider enterprise technology stack as a lever for business transformation. Our judges will be looking for evidence of a coherent strategy, courageous decisions, and the operational discipline to deliver complex change across finance, supply chain, HCM, data, analytics, AI, and cybersecurity programs at enterprise scale.

This is for the CIO whose leadership extends beyond the technology organization: someone who has shaped board-level conversations, partnered effectively with the CEO and CFO, navigated regulatory and risk pressures, and earned the trust of business stakeholders. The judges will weigh measurable business outcomes (revenue, margin, cost, resilience, customer experience) alongside the strength of the team and culture the CIO has built, including investment in talent, succession, and the next generation of technology leadership.
