Stars of Excellence 2025 is our opportunity to recognize the multifamily industry leaders in our area. The event will be held on Friday, January 3oth, 2026 at the Hilton Doubletree Downtown Omaha.
AAN has the right to disqualify any nomination not meeting the category's eligibility requirements without refunding the entry fee. In addition to specific category requirements (outlined under category headings), nominations must also meet the following guidelines:
*AAN Member in good standing (no outstanding invoices more than 60 days)
*Every entry must have a nomination and completed questionnaire to be judged.
*Winners of Staff, Property, Management Company, and Supplier categories may not re-enter the same category for at least one year.
*Nominations need to include a letter of recommendation from a superior or be signed off by a superior.
*Late nominations or supporting documents will not be accepted.
*Nominee is required to be in their current role for a minimum of 12 months, except for the Rookie categories.
You will be asked to create a user profile with your email and a password of your choice on the next screen. You will use this profile to submit your questionnaire.
